Shipping policy
All orders are processed within X to X business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for orders over £100 within the UK. For orders under £100, we charge £7,99 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 7am on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Verdóleo & Co. Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What can be sent to your UK Postbox PO Box Address?
Your UK Postbox PO Box address cannot accept deliveries from any Couriers. It will also not accept deliveries of parcels without incurring additional charges.
You should use your UK Postbox Courier Point address for parcel / courier deliveries.
Your UK Postbox PO Box address will accept items sent by the Royal Mail, this includes letters & Large letters and small packets.
Letters, Large letters and small packets which are sent to you using the Royal Mail Signed For service can also be accepted.
What can I Forward to a PO Box Address in the UK?
You cannot forward to a PO Box address based in the UK if using a courier service such as DHL or DPD.
Items sent using Royal Mail can be accepted at Royal Mail PO Box addresses as long as it is within the Royal Mail size limits:
- Measuring up to 61cm x 46cm x 46cm.
- (For tube-shaped items, the length of the item plus twice the diameter must not exceed 104cm, with the greatest dimension being no more than 90cm.)
- Max Weight Accepted is 30kg
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
- Customers have a 30-day window after receiving their item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Customers can initiate a return by contacting Verdoleo at admin@verdoleo.co.uk. Returns must be sent to the provided address.
- If the return is accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Returns without prior request will not be accepted. International returns may take longer.
- Contact admin@verdoleo.co.uk for any return-related inquiries.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported immediately for evaluation and resolution.
- Perishable, custom, personal care, hazardous, flammable items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
- Exchanges can be made by returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the desired item.
- - For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have a 3-day cooling off period to cancel or return their order, provided the item meets the same conditions mentioned earlier.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. It may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, customers should contact admin@verdoleo.co.uk.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
